BRAIDED STOOLS were inspired by traditional leather weaving techniques. The stool forms are designed and CNC cut to accommodate the geometries of each weave. Pairing a traditional hand weaving techniques with the ability to use modern technologies to create unique canvases for embroidery is what motivated this project.

Stools are available in different wood species to include Oak [shown] Cherry, and Walnut. Each stool is hand woven with leather strapping available in 6 colors.

red, fushia, light blue, black, navy, and chocolate
